Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will be charged at full price.
To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 48 hours notice is required.
If you give less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost.
On the day cancellations and no shows will be charged at full price.
If you miss an appointment and then would like to re-book, you will need to pay 50% of treatment cost up front.
All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking and used within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments will result in treatments deducted from your course.

We may request a deposit in order to secure an appointment, especially at busy or peak times.
